Creating a great organisational culture, finding the right people, managing them to achieve excellence, and solving problems both creatively and systematically are challenges that all organisations face.

Rather than focusing on finding a "cultural fit," organisations should ask, "How can we enrich our existing culture?" Building a healthier, more inclusive culture should be a core focus, as it contributes significantly to both individual and organisational success.
